Recent Additions to the Transhuman House

We are actually starting to build up a bit of a shipment in the Seattle archive to send to the Transhuman House in Provo.  Amoung things we were able to recover this digital painting done for the Transhuman House by Artist Richard Dover.  Additionally, though we have an illuminated copy of Isaac’s Newtons book “Opticks” as well as his three-volume set of books on the mathematics of ‘Natural Philosophy’.  One of the great things is that there is always new things to explore at the Transhuman House.

Worlds Without End – Oil On Relief

We had another art piece acquired and put into the Transhuman House.  A great oil relief called ‘Worlds Without End’ by the Artist Karl Hale.  Karl is a local to the Transhuman House member of the MTA (Mormon Transhumanist Association).  He is work is on display in a number of galleries and we are pleased to have this sort of Transcendent art showcased at the Transhuman House. Voyager Golden Record

(Provo, UT) A recent donation to the Foundation Library and the Transhuman House is a copy of the Golden Record created for, and currently on, the Voyager Spacecraft rapidly speeding into interstellar space.  The new framed addition to the Foundation library is a gold record with the symbology and data encoded on the same side and framed as part of a 40th anniversary of the launch of the nuclear powered Voyager spacecraft.

360 View Tour – Version TR.01

This initial version of the house is about learning what works, what’s new and bringing resources together, building experiences and otherwise moving the various transhuman projects forward and the Foundation’s vision for the future.  Working with local organizations such as the MTA or the New Vistas Communities, there is a lot we want to accomplish here.    The image here is already grossly outdated and new features and modifications are always being added. Books Of The Foundation Library

More than just a resource, the Foundation Library has a number of important collections that are accessible at the Transhuman House.  While the real purpose of the library is to preserve knowledge and that key facility is still kept private, the public collections are here for educational purposes and to support related research both technical and cultural.    The Key Collections at the Transhuman House are important, as they related to Transhumanism and Educating people on transhumanism and getting people to think about future.
